THE COMPANY:

This company is part of a £Multi Million company with over 30 years experience in the field of Recycling. They have established themselves as market leaders and are currently experience a sustained period of organic growth and are currently looking to add an experienced Production Manager to their day shift.

THE ROLE:

This role is a day shift (0600 – 1800) position working 4 on 4 off from a state of the art production facility in Kettering. Within this role, you will be:

• Solely responsible for running a shift and managing the day to day production of a modern sortation facility.
• Ensuring that daily targets are achieved.
• Setting up production for the start of the shift and overseeing the staff on shift to ensure all H&S protocols are adhered to.
• Liaising with other departments within the facility.
• Coordinating all production activities and handing over at the end of the shift to the next team.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role, you need to be experience in managing a production facility with proven hands on experience of people management. You should be the type of person who can keep moral high during challenging times. You should be a good communicator with a can do attitude.
