THE ROLE:

In your new role as a Telesales Representative, you will work on the phones to provide quality service and advice to customers. As a Telesales Representative you will take on a range of challenges including:

• Contacting new and existing customers and informing them of the 1^st class service the company provides and how it can benefit them
• Answering questions and helping customers understand anything they are unsure of
• Setting up appointments
• Directing callers to the appropriate team when needed
• And more!

ABOUT YOU:

If you’re an experienced Customer Service professional, with a history of providing quality service, with a self-motivated, target driven approach to your work then you are exactly the type of person we are looking for!
