The role:

As a Case Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all files are stored properly and uploaded to the CRM system to ensure compliance with FCA standards. Should anything be missing, you would then flag this up and go through the correct procedures to amend and ensure all is present. You will also be required to check files and ensure the whole process is smooth and there are no errors. As well as this there will be general Admin tasks that will be completed.

The person:

The company are looking for a hardworking and driven individual that will fit perfectly into the business and work smoothly and efficiently within it. You will need to be confident on the phone and in person when meeting with your clients.
