Are you proficient in the use of Microsoft Office? Do you have an understanding of Lexcel, SQM, CQS  and SRA Compliance? Do you want to work within a specialist Compliance company? Do you like dogs? If so, then this would be a great role for you.

THE COMPANY:

This company is a specialist firm who support law firms and other legal service providers with outsourced compliance services. They draft and maintain documents, provide expert advice, and assist on a range of compliance issues and through growth, they are now looking to add a new Compliance Officer to their team.

THE ROLE:

As a Compliance Officer, key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and interpreting changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conducting regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions on compliance policies and procedures.
• Prepare SRA firm authorisation applications.
• Provide compliance advice to clients.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role, you need to be a dependable team player with the ambition to develop yourself. You need to have a good understanding of CQS, Lexcel, SWM and SRA Regulations, with excellent written and spoken English. Furthermore, if you have experience of working with legal compliance, that would be advantageous.
