Are you an experienced Private Client Partner seeking to join a forward-thinking, top-tier national law firm with genuine leadership opportunities and strategic influence?

We are working exclusively with one of the UK’s Top 50 law firms, renowned for its progressive culture, award-winning client service, and impressive Private Client offering. The firm is now looking to appoint a Private Client Partner to lead and expand its Lincoln practice as part of its continued regional and national growth.

The Role

As a Private Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of the Private Client department in Lincoln. Working alongside a respected national team, you will manage an established portfolio of high-net-worth clients, while shaping strategy, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to the wider firm’s business objectives.

Your remit will include:

• Leading a high-performing team of private client lawyers.
• Managing and developing relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
• Advising on complex matters including estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and tax.
• Driving business development initiatives to strengthen the firm’s regional presence.
• Collaborating closely with other departments to provide a full-service offering.

About You

You will be an experienced and commercially astute Private Client Partner (or a Legal Director / Senior Associate ready for partnership) with a strong track record of success. Ideally, you will bring:

• A minimum of 8+ years’ PQE in Private Client law.
• Proven experience managing complex estates and trusts.
• A client-centric approach and the ability to inspire confidence.
• A following or network (not essential, but advantageous).
• The ambition to play a strategic role in a growing national practice.
