The Opportunity

The Role
You will advise on a broad spectrum of banking and finance matters, including:

• Corporate lending, including syndicated and bilateral facilities
• Real estate and development finance
• Asset finance and invoice financing arrangements
• Restructuring and refinancing transactions
• Security documentation, enforcement, and risk management

The team regularly supports banks, debt funds, direct lenders, and corporate borrowers across a variety of industries and jurisdictions.

There is a strong emphasis on client relationship management, cross-referral work, and contributing to the wider commercial success of the firm.

About You
You will be:

• A qualified Solicitor with significant experience in banking and finance law
• Currently operating at Senior Associate or Partner level, or ready to step up
• Technically strong, with experience handling complex financing transactions
• Commercially astute, with an interest in business development
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working within a modern legal structure

A following would be advantageous but is not essential; the firm’s platform and existing client relationships provide a strong foundation for further growth.
