This role: Air Conditioning Engineer is with a Midlands based Building Services Contractor who over the last 30+ years have maintained a reputation for quality and service. You will be involved in a wide variety of Reactive and Planned Maintenance work. You will play a pivotal part in the Small Works / FM team working on all Air Conditioning aspects of contracts.

As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be:

• Dealing with Reactive Works, PPMS and Part Replacements on all Air Conditioning kit
• Fault finding and repairing units
• Working in a close-knit team FM / Small Works team
• Liaising with clients ensuring excellent service
• Working on exciting projects across sectors including: Commercial and Industrial
• Using the latest systems and technology to assure efficiency and constant development

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as an Air Conditioning Engineer, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer, HVAC Engineer or Air Conditioning Service Engineer. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications we would love to hear from you: HND in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering. You should be qualified in F-GAS and hold at least an NVQ Level 2 in the field as a minimum

As an Air Conditioning Service Engineer your salary will be within the £40K region with overtime paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours per week. As part of your employment with the company you will receive a company van with fuel card, automatic enrolment in the pension scheme. You would not be required to be on the on call rota.
