Are you a dedicated Family Solicitor looking for a flexible locum opportunity? Our client, a reputable Legal Practice based in Loughborough, is seeking an experienced Locum Family Solicitor to join their team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to provide high-quality legal support across a broad range of family law matters. You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload, including but not limited to:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial settlements
• Child arrangements and parental responsibility matters
• Domestic abuse cases
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor seeking flexible working arrangements, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of family law matters with minimal supervision.
• Advising clients on all aspects of family law.
• Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings where necessary.
• Drafting legal documents, including statements and agreements.
• Providing exceptional client care and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 3 years PQE in family law.
• Strong technical expertise in family law, with the ability to work independently.
• Experience handling complex family law cases, including financial disputes and child law matters.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to start immediately or at short notice.
