THE COMPANY
This company is an Independent Financial Advising business based in Leicester City Centre. They have a good solid team of Advisors, Accounts staff, Administrators and Support staff all who work a mixture of internal and external, and they are looking to add to the team by employing an Office Assistant.
THE ROLE
This role is assisting the Office Manager and supporting them in the role as they return to work from long term illness. You will be answering and filtering e mails, dealing with the outgoing post, filing, screening phone calls and any other basic office tasks that are required. Due to the nature of the office, with staff working from home and on site, this role offers a level of autonomy in so much as you will be on the office 100% of the time. The main priority for the role is to cover the office from late morning into the afternoon (1000 – 1730).
THE PERSON
If you have an element of experience of working within a professional office environment, can get to Leicester City Centre on a daily basis, and are happy to work the above hours, then you may be good for this role. No prior experience of working within Financial Services is required.
THE BENEFITS
Within this role, would be earning £10-12 per hour.
