Salary: £120,000 – £350,000 + significant upside
I am working on a highly strategic Partner-level mandate for a rapidly scaling, national legal platform that is actively disrupting the traditional law firm model.
This is not a passive hire. The firm is deliberately targeting high-calibre IP Partners who want more—more autonomy, more reward, and a genuine platform to scale a practice without the politics and constraints of a legacy partnership.
The Opportunity
If you are currently constrained—by internal conflicts, lack of investment, limited cross-referral, or a ceiling on earnings—this role is designed to remove those barriers. You will step into a well-capitalised, growth-driven business with a strong Midlands footprint and immediate access to a national client base.
