THE ROLE:

As a Production Manager you will be leading and managing the day to day running of the recycling line on site. Driving performance, leading, and training your team. Delivering continuous improvement and ensuring delivery of leading recycling operation which is in line with all aspects of Health and Safety. You will require strong organising and planning skills to ensure effective site management and be great ant communicating and engaging teams. The ideal candidate would have a manufacturing/recycling background and have worked as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Engineering Manager, Engineering supervisor, Continuous Improvement Engineer in the past.

At a salary of £30k – £40k, working in a brand-new facility, with free parking, on a day shift.
