As a Project Manager (M&E bias) you will be:

• Managing the installation of all Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric and External aspects of projects for 2 clients

• Working on highly respected projects including Commercial offices, Retail outlets, Labs, Data centres and Manufacturing centres
• Working with a close-knit projects team
• Fully involved in Commercial and Cost Management
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Construction Sector as a Project Manager, M&E Project Manager, Electrical Project Manager or Mechanical Project Manager with Contracting background. Furthermore, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Construction or Project Management. Prince II certification would be desirable.

As a Project Manager your salary will be within the £60-70K region and as part of your employment with the company you will receive a car allowance, automatic enrolment in the private healthcare scheme as well as life insurance and pension.
