Synergy Personnel Services, Leicester’s newest and brightest one stop recruitment company are now recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant work in our already successful team

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is in an important role within our business as you are responsible for the service and sales aspects of the branch, you maybe customer facing, candidate facing or being the face of our business out of hours.

This job is varied and there are many job responsibilities to this position, you will provide vital support to our teams,

Duties to include:

  • Answering phone calls from both clients and candidates
  • Telephone pre screen and booking in of candidate registrations
  • Candidate registration and interviewing
  • Imputing candidate information on to our bespoke computer systems
  • Booking fulfilment
  • Site visits and check ins
  • 24 hour call out on rotation
  • Payroll – for progression purposes
  • Organising and planning, with attention to detail
  • Sales
  • Liaising with current Partners
  • Creating new working partnerships
  • Lead Generation
  • Client visits
  • Deal Closing

The ideal candidate will be driven, dynamic and positive thinker and must be able to use Word and Excel to an intermediate level, be organised and enthusiastic and own a car and have a valid licence.

Salary: £18,000 – £24,000 starting, with Parking

Pension – NEST

Bonus – life of anything brought in

Annual bonus – If budget is achieved

Profit Share  – after successful period

Own car required

Laptop and phone provided.
