With a strong commitment to growth and innovation, the firm offers a collaborative and well-resourced environment, ideal for an ambitious partner or senior lawyer ready to take the next step.

Practice Focus:

The role will cover a diverse and high-profile caseload, advising a wide spectrum of clients — from multinational corporates and public bodies to insurers and senior executives — across a full range of contentious and advisory regulatory matters, including:

  • Health & Safety
  • Corporate & Gross Negligence Manslaughter

  • Coroner’s Inquests
  • Fire & Food Safety

  • Transport & Public Inquiries

The firm has a robust infrastructure of specialist support, a national platform, and a strong referral network — offering excellent scope to grow your practice with autonomy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • An established Regulatory Partner or a Legal Director/Managing Associate ready for partnership.
  • A strong track record in one or more of the above areas.
  • Experience working with insurers, public sector bodies, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to lead or grow a team.
  • A portable following or demonstrable business development success would be advantageous but not essential.

Why Join?

  • Top-tier national platform with sector-leading regulatory capabilities.
  • Highly collegiate culture and genuine flexibility.
  • Strong cross-referral and internal collaboration.
  • Transparent partnership structure with equity opportunities.
  • Commitment to diversity, sustainability, and legal innovation.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to shape and lead within a forward-thinking and supportive firm where your contribution will be highly visible and valued.
