This position: Mechanical Estimator is with one of The Midlands leading Building Services companies who have an extremely loyal and extensive customer base.

You will be involved in awesome projects across a variety of sectors and will be a key member of the close-knit Estimating team. Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.

As a Mechanical Building Services Estimator, you will be:

• Estimating and pricing projects up to the value of £6M
• Working with a close-knit Estimating team
• Pricing all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework
• Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure
• Using the latest packages and technology to assure constant development
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Senior Mechanical Estimator or Mechanical Services Estimator. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a working knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp, Cymap and CAD. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.

As a Senior Mechanical Building Services Estimator your salary will be within the £50-55K region plus a Company car or car allowance.
