THE ROLE:

The role of Warehouse Manager is a new role within the company, and it is expected to see the duties within this role change as the role becomes established. You will be dealing with Goods In/ Goods out and will have full responsibility for the warehouse operation. The company operates both a traditional ‘Trade Counter’ business, and an e-commerce site, and you will be responsible for prioritising how the work is allocated, as well as daily stock takes, and consulting on how the operation and process can be made better.  The current team within the warehouse is nice and established and it is expected that your role within this will be more as a mentor with the desire in the future of having an ownership within the business.

THE PERSON:

A successful Warehouse Manager in this role will have previous experience of working in an environment where they are handling products and ideally an element of e-commerce knowledge. Culture is a big factor within this company, and someone with experience of managing and developing a small team would be ideal, and someone who has the desire to take a blank piece of paper and make this role their own will be spot on.
