This role AC Contracts Manager is with a Midlands based Building Services Contractor who over the last 25 years have maintained a reputation for quality and service. You will be involved in a wide variety of Commercial projects around London managing the Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework

As an AC Contracts Manager you will be:

• Managing projects with a value of up to £1M
• Working with a close-knit projects team
• Working on highly respected projects across office environments for CAT B fit outs. Dx, Pipework, ducting, plumbing, controls
• Fully involved in client meetings, organising sub contractors
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, Mechanical Site Manager or M&E Manager. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.

As an AC Contracts Manager your salary will be within the £40-50K region and you will also receive a company car or and fuel card.
