THE COMPANY:

The company is an established Mechanical Contractor that provides Mechanical design, installation and maintenance services for a number of clients. The team pride themselves on their high standards and successful track record working across several different sectors. Through growth they are now looking for an AC Project Manager to join their team in Nottingham.

THE ROLE:

As an AC Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing various projects overseeing the Air Conditioning fit out to ensure it is completed within deadlines, to a high standard and in line with the client’s specification. You will manage a team of project engineers that will report back to you. Projects will be within sectors such as: Commercial, Hotels, Leisure, Education, Healthcare and Residential.

THE CANDIDATE:

Successful candidates should have previous Project Management experience and have a track record for success. You should be knowledgeable on Air Conditioning. Excellent verbal communication and management skills are key to effectively managing projects and the team. Previous experience managing projects in the mentioned sectors would be ideal.
