THE COMPANY:

This company is part of a global organisation that is a market leading in the recycling of plastic. They have been established for over 30 years, and since 2021, they have been operating out of a brand new state of the art facility in Kettering. They are now seeking an Account Manager to add to their team.

THE ROLE:

As an Account Manager, you will be providing full customer service support to clients across the UK. This will entail:

• Arranging collections from sites across the UK.
• Agreeing and organising schedules with sites, and dealing with any cancellations.
• Ensuring that collection paperwork is correct before any collections are made.
• Communicating with departments across the company to update them on schedules and any changes.
• Compiling reports.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role, it would be great if you have experience of managing accounts of multiple companies, with excellent customer service skills. You should have great administrative skills, and have a confident can-do attitude. Due to the nature of this role, a high level of accuracy is required and so attention to detail is imperative.
