Account Manager

THE COMPANY:

This Leicester based company, is part of a Multinational group of companies with a combined turnover in excess of $5 billion. They are pioneers in their fields of expertise and work at the forefront of engineering delivery across a number of industries, including; Optics, Bearings, Defence, Space, Aerospace, Automotive, Medical and Renewables. Through growth, they are now looking to add to their Commercial Account Management Team.

THE ROLE:

As a Client Account Manager, you will be working with all departments across the company – This includes: Finance, Sales, Production and Warehouse. Within the role, you will be looking after an international client base (Japan, Italy and France) and you will be working on the whole lifecycle of the order from initial receipt, shipping, payment and accounts receivable.  It will be your role to coordinate all orders and make sure they are processed quickly and efficiently with the correct paperwork and compliance checks.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this role, you need to have experience of working with international clients. This isn’t just an order processing role, and you will need to be sympathetic to cultural differences within your different territories. You need to have a positive ‘Can do’ attitude, with the desire to progress into a more senior role within the next 3-5 years.
