This company is a forward thinking, modern Leicester based Practise that has been established for close to 10 years. In that time, they have formed a strong team of likeminded individuals that have helped shaped a great culture and working environment. They deal with a whole host of clients from start ups to well established businesses and see their core as those businesses with turnovers from £500K to £3Million. Through growth and an internal promotion, they are now looking to add an Accountant to their team

THE ROLE:

This is a hands on Accountant role where you will be responsible for managing a varied client base across statutory accounts, management accounts, tax, bookkeeping and VAT. You will be attending client meetings, preparing accounts of Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies, Corporation Tax Computations and overseeing the Bookkeeping work and VAT returns of more junior staff. This positions offers huge potential for growth and progression.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this role, You need to be ACA/ACCA Qualified or have at least 3 years’ experience within an Accountancy Practice. Furthermore, you must be a competent user of either Iris or Xero.

THE BENEFITS:

£35-40K (Dependent on experience), WFH up to 4 days per week.
