THE COMPANY:

The company are an established consultancy specialising in the design and integration of Building Services Projects. The company have an excellent reputation within the industry has been built upon providing an uncomplicated and uncompromising professional service to clients with the same high level of commitment whatever the size of project. They are now looking to take on an Electrical Design Engineer for their Leeds office.

THE ROLE:

In your role as an acoustic consultant your duties will centre around delivering project work from inception to completion for small to medium sized projects and proactively liaising with other parts of the wider business and external clients. You will be expected to work independently with support from more senior members of the Acoustic Team.

THE CANDIDATE:

A successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in acoustic consulting and needs to have experience in acoustic modelling with modern software packages, noise surveys and on-site testing in buildings, report writing, and preparing calculations and processing noise survey data. You should also have experience with architectural building acoustics in schools, healthcare and residential developments. Furthermore, a successful applicant will be AMIOA / MIOA and appropriately qualified holding an acoustics or science-based degree.
