As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the team of insolvency experts in delivering high quality services to clients. Your attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously will contribute to the smooth operation of the company. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of legal documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date case files, databases and records.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearing and appointments.
  • Provide administrative support to team members.
  • Assist in drafting correspondence and reports for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve and streamline administrative processes.


To be considered for this role, you need to have recent experience in an administrative role, preferably from within a professional sector. You need to have strong organisational skills and have excellent written and verbal communication. Finally you need to be proficient in MS Office suite.
