Assistant Maintenance Manager

THE ROLE:

As an Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will be:

• Responsible for the maintenance of all conveyor belts on site
• Creating and maintaining a PPM schedule
• Responsible for breakdowns
• Ordering spares and setting up an inventory of spares on site
• Ensure all H&S concerns are addressed
• Training new operators on machines
• Managing a team of FLT drivers
• Ensuring a full handover to the next shift.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this role, you need to be happy to work on a rotating shift pattern of 0600 – 1700 & 1700 – 0600, with a background in electrical engineering being a distinct advantage. If you have experience in welding, with a ‘right first time’ attitude, then this will be the right role for you.
