In your new role as Assistant Manager, you will see the sales process through from selection to completion, providing sustainability advise and exceptional customer service throughout. You will additionally be able to take on some light administrative duties and manual handling when accepting deliveries and organising the day’s work. Finally, you will assist in keeping the store tidy while working with a small friendly team.
If you are hard working and goal driven, with a passion for customer service and working with the public, and a good grasp on basic English and Maths skills then we’d love to hear from you. Additionally, if you have a friendly telephone manner and stand out people skills, this could be a role in which you really excel! Some flooring experience would certainly be an advantage but is not necessary for this position.
