THE ROLE:

In your new role as an Automation Engineer, you will take on a range of tasks and challenges that are sure to push and test your skills. You will need to assess client needs and work to find the best solution for their unique circumstances before installing and testing:

• Various CCTV units ranging from Industrial, to Vehicle, and Covert units
• Biometric, Tag & Card Access Control Systems
• Alarm, Remote Monitoring, and Key Holding systems
• Audio Visual, IT Networking and Cabling
• IP Systems & Wire Free Systems
• Physical Access Control
• Security – Shutters, Grilles, Door and Window Protection
• Remote Automated Gates and Barriers
• Digital and Security Locks
• Fencing and protection
• Fire Signage and Safety Products
• Fire Alarms and Extinguishers
• And more.

You will also be required to carry out fire surveys and assessments and offer comprehensive maintenance regimes.

ABOUT YOU:

If you are an experienced Essex based Security or Automation Engineer, with experience dealing with some of the systems listed above then you’re just what we’re looking for. But don’t get disheartened if you aren’t as your new employer are ready and willing to take on someone less experienced but ready to learn. So, if you’re from an engineering background or ex-military and ready to take new training then don’t hesitate to get in touch.

THE BENEFITS:

If you are an experienced Automation or Security Engineer, you can expect to earn from £40K to £60K, or if you will need training, you can expect your salary to begin at £30K. In addition to this you will receive a company vehicle and a pension, as well as any training required.
