You could be a valued Building Services Manager within the company looking after all M&E delivery on exciting projects across the UK.

This position: Building Services Manager is with a Midlands based Tier 1 Contractor that are family owned, meaning they still have a fantastic feel about them, and they really do care about staff, suppliers and the community.

You will be involved in a variety of schemes within the companies project portfolio. Routes to progress down the line are there for you to take and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.

As a Building Services Manager, you will be:

  • Supporting the Senior Building Services Manager to manage and competently lead the delivery of the Mechanical, Electrical and public health services
  • Responsible for the managing of each stage of the project delivery process, to ensure all works are fully coordinated and delivered in accordance with the contract programme
  • Managing regular progress review meetings and the preparation of stage reports for regular weekly/ monthly update within the business
  • Chairing M&E Design and Site Installation meetings with members of the design team and subcontractors
  • Ensuring individual M&E systems are tested & commissioned in accordance with the project programme before handover

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Construction Sector as a Building Services Manager, M&E Project Manager, Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager or M&E Operations Manager. Furthermore, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HNC/HND and/or Degree in Building Services Engineering.

As a Building Services Manager your salary will be within the £60-70K region and as part of your employment with the company you will receive a company car or car allowance. You will be enrolled in the company healthcare and pension schemes.
