As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for sales growth and new business development for the companies within the group by:

  • Working with existing customers
  • Finding and creating relationships with new clients and customers
  • Identifying and developing new business leads via means such as cold calling
  • Produce NBD sales forecasts and strategies
  • Oversee your customer quotation activity
  • Liaise with internal project managers on a project-by-project basis
  • Deliver presentations
  • Attend regular meetings and build good relationships with customers.
  • Ensure quality of service to all existing and potential customers.


If you are an experienced Business development Manager or are an experienced Salesperson with a keen knowledge of the plastics industry and injection moulding, then we are eager to speak to you! Additionally, if you have a Business Development or Business Management degree and strong financial and marketing skills then you might just be the person we are looking for.


In your new role as a Business Development Manager, you will not only receive a salary of £40K-£45K but you will also receive a company car/car allowance, a pension, and a 10% salary bonus for hitting your forecast.
