THE COMPANY:

This company has been established for 2 years and was set up with one goal in mind – To eradicate 5 billion plastic bottles from production within the next 5 years. This set about a chain of events that has led them to be in an enviable position of having seen their turnover double in the past year, with the goal to see this triple in the next 3 years to £30 Million. They are a manufacturer and distributer of patent protected high tech water machines to be used in a multitude of different environments – Corporate companies, serviced offices, Sports, Leisure, Blue Chip organisations and Local Authorities.

THE ROLE:

This is a 100% new business role and you will be covering The Midlands. You will be part of a team of 3 other sales people all covering different areas of the UK and you will have a collective target, which if achieved, will see you double your salary. Within this role, you will be dealing with key decision makers in charge of making purchasing decisions with a company. There is no other product like this on the market, and the patents in place, protect this for the next 30 years.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this role, you need to come from a successful demonstrable background in new business development. You need to be a smart, articulate individual with a keen interest in sustainability and the environment. If you have experience of working within the food service arena, or experience of selling capital equipment, that would be advantageous.

THE BENEFITS:

A Business Development Manager in this role, would be staring on a basic salary of £30-35K with a realistic 1^st year OTE of £70K. You will be given a car allowance and also a mobile phone allowance. Furthermore, you will be professionally mentored and developed to ensure your success in this role.
