You will be involved in a variety of exciting projects across the country and will play an instrumental part in overseeing the financial management of projects.

As a Commercial Manager, you will be:

• Negotiating contracts
• Managing the financials of projects up to the value of £8M
• Leading and mentoring a team of Surveyors
• Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
• Putting together risk assessments
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or MEP Commercial Manager. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND, BSc, or MSc in Quantity Surveying or MEP Commercial Management.

As Commercial Manager your salary will be within the £65-70K region plus a Company car or car allowance.
