They are currently expanding their Commercial Property team and seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join them.

THE ROLE:

• Assist in the management of commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including contracts, leases and agreements.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of transactions.
• Assist with due diligence processes, including reviewing title documents and property searches.
• Provide administrative support to the commercial property team as needed.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role, you need:

• Previous experience working as a Paralegal in a Commercial Property setting.
• To be proficient in legal research, drafting and document management.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and detail orientated approach to work.
