This position: Contracts Director, is with a long-standing and reputable M&E company based in Lincolnshire. They are looking for a Contracts Director who will play a pivotal role in the senior leadership team by supporting the Projects team ensuring projects run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Project/Contracts Manager with ambition to grow with the business and be part of a team that value each other, thereafter becoming part of the business

As a Projects Director you will be:

• Overseeing all project delivery and leading a team of Project Managers
• Engagement with company FD and CD to ensure commercial traceability on all projects
• Working along side support services to ensure quality and management plans are implemented and kept up to date
• Working along side the design director to ensure suitable design/commercial decision making happens for all projects
• Engagement with HR to ensure staffing levels are suitable for the company workload
• Working along side the company MD to ensure common goals and opportunities are achieved and explored

As a Contracts Director your salary will be within the £50-100k region and company car will be included in the package. As part of your employment with the company you will receive automatic enrolment in the pension and healthcare scheme
