Control Room Manager – Nights (1800 – 0600)

This market leading company has been established for over 30 years, and through organic growth, have recently moved to a state of the art production facility in Kettering. They are the only company in the UK that offers the solutions that they do, and through growth in demand for their services, they are now looking to add to their team.

THE ROLE:

The role of Night Shift Control Room Manager (1800 – 0600) will give you full visibility and control of the whole production facility, where you will see the full production operation from start to finish. Within your role, you will:

• Ensure that the machines are running correctly through visually monitoring the video feeds and reporting any issues to the Production Manager.
• Monitoring the machinery for any breakdowns and reporting these to the Maintenance Manager.
• Keep accurate records of all issues, and discuss any noticeable patterns with the Production and Maintenance Managers.
• Ensure all machines are running to the correct settings, and escalate any issues to the appropriate Manager.
• Complete shift handovers.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role, you must have a keen eye for detail and an analytical mind. You will need to be able to maintain high levels of concentration throughout the shift, and be able to react & respond to problems quickly, and with a sense of urgency. You’ll need to have excellent communication and a ‘Can-do’ attitude.
