Control Room Manager

THE ROLE:

As a Control Room Manager, you will be working at the very heart of the company where you will be overseeing the whole production operation ensuring it runs smoothly from start to finish. You role will require you to:

• Have full vision of the entire production process by way of a SCADA system and also information relayed on TV monitors.
• Ensure that the sortation of product is carried out correctly, and highlight any problems to the Shift Supervisors.
• Keep in close liaison with the Maintenance Department.
• Compile weekly reports for both internal and external PoC’s
• Managing a small team of agency staff
• Compiling reports of observations across the Production department.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this role, you need to have an analytical mind  with a key eye for detail. Be a good people manager and someone who can react to and resolve problems quickly. Furthermore, you must be able to talk to different levels within a company from Production staff to Management, with a can do attitude and a sense of urgency.
