Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for a new challenge in a welcoming and supportive environment? This company is a reputable law firm based in Lutterworth, seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Conveyancer.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. Your duties will include:

  • Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
  • Conducting property searches and reviewing legal documentation.
  • Providing high-quality advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience working as a Conveyancer within a reputable law firm.
  • Excellent knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently ad meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
  • Proficiency in case management systems (LEAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
