Through growth and internal promotions, they are now looking to add a Conveyancing Solicitor to their team.

THE ROLE:

As a Residential Conveyancer, your role will require you to carry out all aspects of residential conveyancing (Sales, Purchases, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership and Leasehold) along with supervising and managing a small team of fee earners.  You will be dealing with clients, intermediaries and HM Land Registry, undertaking file audits, and also involved in Business Development activities.

THE PERSON:

We would love to speak to you if you are a qualified solicitor working to CILEX or CLC standards, with no less than 5 years residential property experience. You need to have great interpersonal skills, be a team player and a sound knowledge of CQS Protocol and Anti Money Laundering legislation.
