Through growth, they are now looking to add a Conveyancing Solicitor to their friendly team.

The role:

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be specialising in property law, undertaking re mortgages, transfer of equities, sale & purchase transactions, including; freehold, leasehold and shared ownership, repossessions and new build on both residential and commercial properties (Both freehold and leasehold).
