• Intellectual Property (IP) Assignment, Exploitation, Partnering, and Licensing
• IT and Software Contracts
• Leasing and Rental
• New Technologies and AI
• Outsourcing
• Public Procurement
• Sales, Agency, and Distribution Agreements
• Terms and Conditions of Trading
• General Supply Agreements and Procurement Contracts
