This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate or established Partner to play a key role in expanding a well-regarded corporate offering in the North West, backed by the platform, infrastructure and national reach of a leading firm.

The Opportunity

Our client is a modern, fast-growing commercial law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, SMEs and large corporates.

The Milton Keynes office is a key part of the firm’s regional strategy, offering significant scope for a senior lawyer to shape the local corporate practice, drive client relationships and influence growth.

You will work as part of a national Corporate team, advising on a broad range of matters, including:

• Mergers & acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side)
• Private equity and venture capital transactions
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations
• Shareholder agreements and governance matters
• General corporate advisory work

The Role

Depending on your level, this role offers:

• Senior Associate: A clear pathway to Partnership, with responsibility for leading transactions, mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development
• Partner: A platform to grow and lead your own practice, with full support around infrastructure, marketing and cross-referrals

You will be encouraged to take a commercial, client-facing approach, with genuine autonomy and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

The Candidate

We are keen to speak with:

• Qualified Solicitors (England & Wales) with strong Corporate experience
• Senior Associates ready to step up, or existing Partners seeking a more agile platform
• Lawyers with a proven track record in M&A and general corporate advisory
• Individuals with strong commercial awareness and a client-centric mindset
• Candidates with connections in the North West / Cumbria market would be advantageous, but not essential

A following is welcomed at Partner level, but this is not a prerequisite given the firm’s strong internal referral network.
