This company is a manufacturer and distributor of a number of different motorised vehicles such as scooters, quad bikes, buggies and go karts. They have been established for over 35 years and are at an all time high in terms of orders. They have grown significantly over the past 5 years and see this trend set to continue. Through growth, they are now looking to add a Customer Services Administrator to their vibrant and fun team.


This role is an internal role working from the office in Old Dalby and you will be answering the phone dealing with customer enquiries over email. You will be answering queries on products (full training provided) and also dealing with customer problems post purchase. This is a Customer Service based role and so things will change on each enquiry/call.


The ideal person will have an interest in this type of product, and have some experience in Customer Services. You will need to be able to get to Old Dalby on a daily basis and be happy to work as part of a committed and driven team. The office is a nice vibrant place and so someone who wants to get involved within the company and culture will be spot on.
