Day Shift Supervisor

THE ROLE:

As a Day Shift Supervisor (0600 – 1700), you will be working at the very heart of the company where you will be overseeing the whole production operation ensuring it runs smoothly from start to finish. You role will require you to:

• Oversee the production operation including all personnel on the production floor during your shift
• Keep in constant contact with the H&S Manager, Production Manager, Maintenance Manager and Control Room Supervisor
• Monitor KPI’s on shift to ensure production targets are met
• Ensure the smooth and continual running of the Production Lines
• Opening up/ closing production

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this role, you need to have an analytical mind  with a key eye for detail. Be a good people manager and someone who can react to and resolve problems quickly. Furthermore, you must be able to talk to different levels within a company from Production staff to Management, with a can do attitude and a sense of urgency.
