RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s objectives and target audience
• Oversee the execution of various digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and more
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insightful reports to clients, highlighting successes and opportunities for optimisation
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, content, and analytics to ensure seamless project execution
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices across various channels
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to clients
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• A proactive attitude, self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends
