THE ROLE:

As a Building Services Electrical Project Manager you will be:

• Working on projects ranging in value from £3 – 10 Million across a number of different sectors, including: Hospitals, Colleges, Health Centres, Universities and MoD Establishments.
• Fully involved in Commercial and Cost Management
• Project Programming
• Purchasing all materials, and
• Overseeing all Electrical sub contract Installations

ABOUT YOU:

We would love to speak to you if you are currently working within a Building Services company as an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to you if you have a good knowledge of working across a number of different sectors on Electrical Projects ranging in value from £2 Million upwards.

THE BENEFITS:

As an Electrical Project Manager your salary will £40-45K plus car or allowance. you will receive automatic enrolment in the private healthcare scheme as well as life insurance and pension.
