The role:

Your role will be to support the Estimating & BD teams amongst others in creating tender folders and tracking quotations, prioritising quote returns and maintaining the database.

Your 2 main duties will be:

Pre-construction & Estimating

  • Logging and tracking all tender opportunities
  • Setting up tender packs and populate with relevant information for selected bids
  • Print drawings and other supporting documents in preparation for the tender submission
  • Archiving quotes and information

Business Development

  • Update GT with amendments to the Pipeline Forecast as required by the Business Development Managers
  • Assist in the production and upkeep of the sales and marketing strategy
  • Collate relevant stats and assist in the production of monthly BD reports

The person:

The skill set requirements are as follows:

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Good research and report writing skills
  • Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
  • PC literate and familiar with the main Microsoft office products
  • Self-motivated professional and positive approach to work
