We are looking for people who love to chat, like to have fun and looking for a 9-5 this is the perfect job for you.

Customer Service Administrators for an immediate start you will be organising parties hosting 110,000 guests across 5 UK cities.

You’ll be part of a small and friendly team that designs and delivers every aspect of our amazing parties in-house. You’ll offer great customer service, contacting potential customers who have shown an interest in our parties via our website, helping our guests book their tickets and then assisting them right up to their party night. There’ll be other bits to do as well, including attending a Christmas party night yourself so you know what it’s all about! What we can offer:

Centrally located in Lutterworth Good public transport / On-site parking

The successful applicant should be: –

  • Confident and relaxed on the telephone
  • Be happy to get stuck in with the team on different tasks
  • Have a fun and can-do attitude

This is a fixed 6 month Temporary contract

(Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) Up to £11.50 hourly rate depending on experience

• Free parking

• No weekends

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred) Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred) Language: • English (preferred)

• Driving Licence (preferred)
