THE COMPANY:

This company is part of a large international holding that has been established for over 25 years. They are market leaders in their area of operation and are now experiencing rapid growth due to their expansion into a brand new, state of the art facility in Kettering. THE ROLE:

As a Facilities Site Manager, you will be responsible for all of the maintenance on site ensuring it runs smoothly from start to finish. You role will require you to:

  • Efficiently run the maintenance department
  • Create and maintain a service schedule for machinery in line with manufactures guidelines
  • Create a stock itinerary of all tools kept on site with a signing in and out system for the high value items
  • Run toolbox talks with maintenance engineers
  • Ensure any H & S concerns are reported to the Site Operations Manager or H & S Manager

THE PERSON:

We would love to speak to people with previous experience in a similar role, such as: Maintenance Manager, Facilities Manager or Facilities Site Manager. The role would suit a good people manager and someone who can react to and resolve problems quickly. You will be working with a great team in a fantastic new facility.
