Through growth and internal promotions, they are now looking to add a Family Law Solicitor to their team.

THE ROLE:

As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be mainly working within Child Protection matters and Advocacy. You will be maintaining files and drafting documentation, correspondence, briefs, court documentation, attendance notes and statements. Furthermore, you will be attending court as well as mentoring and supporting junior members within the team.

THE PERSON:

We would love to speak to you if you have no less than 3 years experience of working within Family Law. It is expected that you have established relationships within CAFCASS and also if you are a member of the Law Society’s Childrens Panel that would be advantageous. Furthermore, you must be a team player, and have a natural ability to deal with sensitive situations and difficult clients.
