KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting solicitors in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements and domestic violence cases.
• Drafting legal documents such as petitions, witness statements, and financial disclosures.
• Assisting with case preparation, client correspondence, and legal research.
• Managing client files and keeping detailed records.
• Attending client meetings, court hearings, and mediation sessions when required.

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience working as a Family Law Paralegal is essential.
• Strong understanding of family law procedure and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Highly organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload.
• Proficient in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office.
• A team player who is also comfortable working independently.
