The Role:

As a Family Paralegal, you will play a vital role in assisting experienced solicitors with a broad range of Family Law matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Drafting legal documents, applications, and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
• Preparing bundles for hearings
• Conducting legal research to support casework
• Managing case files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Providing administrative support to fee earners

The Ideal Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A strong academic background in Law (LLB, GDL, or equivalent)
• Prior experience in Family Law (ideally 6+ months in a Paralegal role or relevant legal experience)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
• A proactive and client-focused approach
