Role Focus

As a Partner, you’ll work alongside market leaders, providing end-to-end legal services tailored to franchisors and franchisees alike.

For Franchisors:

• Developing long-term growth and expansion strategies
• Drafting and negotiating Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and franchise agreements
• Managing IP portfolios and tackling trademark misuse
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and handling commercial litigation
• Resolving franchise disputes through mediation and litigation

For Franchisees:

• Reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements to protect franchisee interests
• Supporting lease negotiations and real estate matters
• Advising on regulatory compliance, operational obligations, and exit strategies
• Representing clients in complex dispute resolution and litigation

What We’re Looking For

• A franchising solicitor or partner (8+ PQE) with proven client following
• Strong track record representing franchisors, franchisees—or ideally both
• Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Desire to lead and grow a national practice
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
